When stressed, Aries will put on a brave face in public — that’s just their pride showing. Over time and in private, the cracks will start to appear. Ideally, it’s best for Aries (and anyone) to not take their emotional upsets out on others. Not acting on impulse, ferocity, and passion will allow Aries to avoid issues with others. Taurus

Most Tauruses are slow to anger and take a while to get stressed out. Their hard-working nature allows them to take on a lot of work without complaining about it. A way for the Mercurial Gemini to release stress is to let all of their feelings out. This could mean journaling or speaking out their emotions. As long as Gemini is able to exhale negativity through expressing their frustrations with words and venting out their grievances, they will be able to relieve 99.999% of the tensions that are in their lives. Letting everything out of their hearts and minds is wonderful for Gemini, so talk therapy is definitely a plus. After they say what’s bothering them, the twin star can move forward. Being heard and seen is essential to the chatty air sign.

Cancer

Cancer prefers to hide away in their emotionally safe cocoon that is built for one. While they’re fostering and healing their sentiments privately, the crab is letting go of any external and internal drama in their lives through rest and relaxation. A good way to counteract this energy is to set boundaries. As long as Virgo doesn’t take on more than they can chew and learns to say “no,” all of these frustrations can be avoided.

Libra lives through harmony. Being that they are the scales of the zodiac, it’s important for them to be centered at all times.
