Ingredients

    medium peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 6
    tablespoons
    powdered sweetener, divided
  • 1 ¼
    cup
    almond flour
  • 1
    teaspoon
    baking soda
  • ¼
    teaspoon
    cinnamon
  • 1
    teaspoon
    vanilla extract
  • 4
    tablespoons
    butter melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F.

  2. Add the sliced peaches to the bottom of a well greased 1.5 quart baking dish, and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of the sweetener. Stir to combine.

  3. In a mixing bowl, blend together the remaining ingredients, and layer over the peaches in the baking dish.

  4. Bake for 30 minutes.

Recipe Notes

If you are preparing desserts for a party, bake the keto peach cobbler inside of individual ramekins.
For a bolder flavor, add a dash of nutmeg to the topping.
